The El Ayadi Family – Hampton Beach – New Hampshire

I just keep on shooting and I am loving it. Facebook and word of mouth have been great for me and Craigslist has been helping me book weddings and really, I feel so fortunate for all the great things that have been happening with my professional photography career!

So this past Sunday Maarit and I headed up to Hampton Beach New Hampshire to shoot the El Ayadi family. The weather was great, but it was COLD! But nonetheless, it was really a great shoot – Lucas and Issac were the cutest kids in the world. Seriously, I mean it! And Lucas was a natural, this kid was pulling out his skateboard, snowboard, razor scooter, all kinds of stuff and pulling poses for me left and right. Maarit and had a great time up north with the El Ayadi Family and it was a pleasure spending some time with them and being given the opportunity to photograph them.

So here is a little teaser, there were so many great pictures from the day and I can’t wait to get through them all! I tried some Totally Rad textures again in one of these pictures. I keep meaning to use them more because they are really neat.

On the way home Maarit and I hit the Black Cow in Newburyport on the way home and had a bowl of chili to warm us up. On our ride home Maarit was commenting on how the ocean looks in the winter, and just how these coastal towns feel in the winter. There is just a peaceful feeling to things, sort of hard to articulate. Maybe it is the lack of the loud sight-seeing crowds, beach goers, boats, and just all the stuff that goes on when it’s warm out…whatever it is, it added to an amazing day!

Sandra Brownsey - Hi-
I wanted to inquire about some family group shots maybe at the beach in NH on Friday, Nov 29th. There will be about 20 of us. We rarely ever all get together and I wanted to capture it with some good photos. Is that something you do?
If not, can you refer me to someone in the Rye/Greenland/Portsmouth area?

Thank you very much for any help.
